334 public welfare projects worth 182M AFN transforming Ghazi, Afghanistan

The Directorate of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (RRD) in Ghazni has announced the completion of 334 public welfare projects with the cost of 182.33 Million Afganis (AFN) across Ghazni province since the beginning of the current year.

The projects were carried out with financial support of international organizations.

According to the Engineer Noor Habib Noor, General Manager of Engineering Services at the Directorate told that the projects include drinking water supply networks, irrigation systems, and road construction initiatives.

“These projects have been carried out across all districts of Ghazni province,” he added.

In addition, officials confirmed that an additional 322 projects at a cost of $1,099,975 are currently ongoing, funded by partner organizations. These projects have provided employment opportunities for 9,055 individuals.
